Aromatherapy Inhaler: How to Make One

Essential oils are a crucial component of Aromatherapy, which is a holistic healing method that uses distillates of natural plants in order to promote health and well-being. Essential oils can be inhaled, massaged into the skin, and swallowed as teas or tinctures to enhance health and well-being.

Inhaling aromatherapy is a convenient way to add it to your life whenever and wherever you need it. When you are undergoing chemotherapy, you can simply open the bottle and take a few deep breaths to reduce nausea and anxiety. If you want to try different oils, it's worth making your own inhaler.

All you need is:

  • Teaspoon of coarse sea salt.
